Happy almost one week of marriage to Becca and Scott! Their wedding at The Filter Building was a blast!
Early in the morning as I was still getting ready to get to the venue few raindrops hit the ground, so I was so nervous that it might start raining! At the same time I was praying for some clouds for the ceremony. Because shooting an outside ceremony at noon is no joke for a photographer! On a sunny day at noon the light is so harsh and it’s very hard to photograph, especially when photographer cannot control the situation… Well, we were blessed with a very nice, warm and sunny day! It was a little tough (for me!) but I think everything turned out so beautiful!!
Becca and Scott decided to share a private first look before the ceremony. I love when couples do it! It is such a beautiful, intimate and sweet moment! It helps to get rid of your nerves before the ceremony. And also, that’s the only time during the wedding when a couple can spend some time together and alone!
After the first look we were able to do almost all family and wedding party portraits, so after the ceremony Becca and Scott were able to to join their guest almost right away for all the fun! Their branch reception was so good! Everyone had such a good time!
Becca and Scott really cared to have more than just a couple of beautiful portraits. Right after their private last dance and Grand exit with the wands (those turned out soooo cute!!) we headed to Arboretum, which is only few minutes away from The Filter Building. And those pictures turned out so so pretty!
Dear Becca and Scott! Thank you for having me document this special time in your lives. Becca your heart is just as big and kind as your beautiful smile! Scott, I can see what a wonderful man you are. And together you make such an amazing couple! I feel so blessed to have been able to work with you and your families! Congratulations and cheers to many years together that are full of love and happiness!
